For “Unser Herzstuck” Apricot Brandy, only sun-ripened and hand-picked
apricots from the Southern Tyrolean orchards of Vintschgau and Wachau in
Austria where these succulent fruits are harvested between mid July and mid/end
August are utilised.

The result is a 100% pure, unfiltered distillate of absolute prime quality,
which after complete fermentation and double distillation is left to mature
for at least two more years.
